When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We reserve the right to accept or reject this offer, and the contract is only concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order.

All prices on the website are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors in pricing at any time. If there is an error in pricing after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you, and you will have the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it.

4. Payment

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal.

Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order. If payment cannot be processed, we will inform you, and the order will not be completed.

If we cannot fulfil your order due to payment failure, we will attempt to resolve the issue with you. If unsuccessful, your order may be cancelled.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within the UK. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 21 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. 

Sale items are non refundable. A credit note or exchange will be offered. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at bchic@btinternet.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you can request a return once the item is delivered.
